The shake-to-develop instant camera for iPhone

How it works

Take a photo and it prints as a blank instant-film card. Shake your phone back and forth to develop it. The harder you agitate, the faster the picture comes through, and you'll feel it in the haptics as it emerges.

Frequently asked questions

My print isn't developing. Give the phone a deliberate back-and-forth shake. Gentle tilting or walking is ignored on purpose so prints don't develop in your pocket.

I can't or don't want to shake my phone. Tap "Can't shake? Hold to develop" on the develop screen, then press and hold instead.

I closed a print before it finished. It keeps its progress. Open it from the gallery to carry on developing.

The camera says "Camera access is off". Tap Open Settings and turn on Camera for Agitate, or go to Settings › Agitate › Camera.

How do I save a print to Photos? Open the print from the gallery and tap Save. Agitate asks for permission to add photos the first time.

Where are my prints stored? Only on your iPhone, inside Agitate. Deleting the app deletes them, so save the ones you want to keep.
